What is the NHQB?
The NHQB is an independent body dedicated to improving standards across the new homes sector. It operates the New Homes Quality Code, which sets clear expectations for:

The NHQB also oversees the New Homes Ombudsman Service, offering homeowners an independent route for dispute resolution if needed.
